Stuart was punctual, trustworthy and he communicated well about the task, the quote and when to expect him. Although the job took slightly longer than anticipated, partly due to unforeseen circumstances, Stuart had to go back out twice to get another part and didn't complain. He remained friendly and professional throughout. The works were done to a decent standard and he checked everything was working before he left. I'd happily hire Stuart again.

Stuart has done a couple of jobs for me in the past, so I had no hesitation getting him to fix an issue with the toilet cistern in a house I'd just moved into. He sorted this with no fuss, and identified a couple of slightly less pressing issues with the rest of the plumbing while resolving that which returned to sort a couple of days later.

Communication excellent. Reliable. Turned up as arranged for quote. Explained all my options and answered all my questions. Arrived on time, as arranged, to fit new shower and replace gate valve in airing cupboard. Work carried out quickly, efficiently and tidily. Can't recommend Stuart highly enough.

Asked Stuart to replace a shower door which no longer closed fully and refit a toilet seat. Stuart came promptly to assess the work needed and returned a week later to complete. The work was done efficiently and without any residual mess. Cost was as per estimate. This was the first time I used Stuart and I will be happy to contact him again when the need arises.
