Great communication. Sadly after changing the old shower mixer tap that was leaking to my new one… the next day it was leaking again. Had to phone them back. Got told it was due to the plaster board that had gone up however the gap behind the shower mixer that was installed wasn’t touching the wall at all and was a significant gap. The new pipe covers were wider however there was still a gap so find that impossible to believe was the reason. Contractor kept phoning person in charge so left us with little confidence that she knew what she was doing. Manager did call but seem abrupt on phone.

Good communication from start to finish, all my queries were answered and a reasonable price for supply and fitting.

Fast service to fix my shower leaking Professional and friendly would highly recommend

We had a series of problems with our heating (which wasn't working) and our hot water tank (which was leaking). The cause was not obvious and required several repeat visits (and several new parts) to eventually solve it. Ryan and Steve were great, however, and everything is now back up and running! Arranging an appointment at short notice was easy. Whilst the initial visit and work was reasonably priced, there was no charge for the first return visit, and only a minimal additional charge for the second in respect of the man hours. I would certainly recommend to others and use again myself.
