Matthew is brilliant. Not only is he lovely funny warm and kind he is excellent at his job. She fully made water tight prepped and painted our home, massively restored our beautiful original front door and was patient with us throughout our hesitation over colour. We will always go to him first in future.

We were recommended Matthew by our neighbour and are really grateful. We needed the render on our house fixed and both the front and back painted, including window frames and front door. He and his team have been utterly brilliant from the moment we enquired, to the job being completed. They have done a great job - the house looks great and they were all lovely. I couldn't be happier with the work carried out by S Howard Property Care. We've had the front exterior painted on our 3 story terrace, windowsills renovated, a new doorway step tiled and a new front door installed. I've been kept informed exactly when the job will start. Absolutely over the moon by the team’s professionalism and attention to detail. From start to finish the internal decoration Job was seamless. You never know who you can trust to do quality work when you get someone in. I trust Steve. Fair pricing? Check A dead accurate quote? Check Flexibility with start date? Check High quality work? (Last minute we decided to put a wallpaper mural up) Check Steve and the team did a great job and nailed the fine details (“I have painted these brackets as whoever did them last splattered them and I didn’t want anyone to think that was my work”) I’ve asked him to quote for the rest of the house. A really happy client here!

All exterior and interior work done to a high standard. Work was completed promptly and arrived on time until all work was done. They were friendly and always left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of the day.
