  Sam and the team built 2 walk in wardrobes for my new build im seperate bedrooms. They designed the inside with hanging and shelf space. The finish is great, and blends effortlessly into the room. I will be using again for my next interior project.

  A real mix of jobs tackled with a smile.

  Ian and Sam carried out a heap of general repair work for us recently as we prepare to put two properties on the market. This included fencing, guttering, plumbing and work to the driveway. Quotes were fairly priced and accurately detailed all that we’d asked Shorts to do. Communication was great, all rubbish was efficiently removed and they did an amazing job. This father/son duo were a real delight to work with. Thanks guys.

  REPAIR DAMAGE FROM LEAK IN CONSERVATORY

  Ian responded quickly to my request for a quote to fix water damage to my conservatory. He gave me a very reasonable quote and started the job the next week. The family team were very competent, efficient, and did a great job, tidying up nicely afterwards. They ripped out the water damaged floor tiles and wood boards, dried out the damp ground cavity, repaired the damp plaster, installed new insulation, put new floorboards on and re-installed the wall cabinets. I am very grateful to Ian and team so quickly and efficiently putting my conservatory back to new again. Would definitely use again.

  Sam and both Neil's were fantastic. Responded to ad quickly. Gave a quote and stuck to it. Arrived bang on time. talked me through the job. Cleaned up as they went. Very friendly. Advised on other jobs I had going at home but not in a way that was looking for more work. Super friendly. Will definitely be my first port of call in the future for any jobs I need. I highly recommend these guys.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We used Short Property Services to relocate two complete office floors. So easy to work with and the whole team were a pleasure to have on site. Everyone arrived on time everyday. Worked so hard to meet the deadlines we had set. Cleared and stored everything we had. Left the site clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced. We will 100% use then again. Thank you.
