We struggled to find an electrician who could attend in the evening but finally made contact with Ian @ Short Fuse. He arranged for a team member to attend to undertake some fault finding in a property we had just purchased. Charlie was polite, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He discovered the fault and applied a fix during the same visit, getting the job done quickly. He also took time to clearly explain the problem and how he planned to rectify it. Exemplary service from Ian and Charlie. Thank you.
