I recently booked ShoreCraft Plumbing to replace our old radiators in our lounge and kitchen as they did not meet the correct BTU requirements. Dan was quick to acknowledge the work required and offered options with the installation, including altering the pipework within the concrete floor which was the preferred option - the whole experience was excellent throughout. The installation happened within our designated timescales, the work itself was tidy and efficient—pipework was neat , and everything was tested before Dan left. From his first contact offering to fix my immediate issue, a broken kitchen tap, though my expanding the job for full sink and tap replacement to his visit today to fulfil the job, Dan was accommodating, clear and very professional. His costs were reasonable and I would have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending him.

Absolutely superb service, all work was carried out with care and to the highest standard, Dan is polite, respectful and thorough, l had a bath leak repair including new fittings, regrouting of the bath, new cistern and toilet fitted, all work was carried out to an excellent standard. Everything was left tidy and clean as well.
