  I had an issue with my shower fluctuating between hot and cold, and he did a fantastic job replacing it. He was reliable, very professional I’m extremely happy with his work and will certainly use him again.

  Boiler replacement

  Sam and team were brilliant when replacing our old faulty boiler. Whilst we were working out the details of the quote (how much, when etc.), they were very patient whilst waiting for the go ahead on the work and transparent with costs. There was a quick recce to check suitable replacements and how it would work. The team completed work over two days to an excellent standard with no mess left behind. The house wasn't laid out fantastically so the team had to think of some unusual solutions to get the boiler that we wanted. Thoroughly recommend SHM to anyone needing plumbing doing - very pro

  Cistern replacement

  I was impressed with Sam's service. He was quick to respond to my work request and was the only person to respond who provided a reasonable quote. Sam arrived on time and completed the replacement to a high standard and within the time he provided. I've got no complaints with the work Sam carried out and it's likely I'll go back to Sam again if I need anymore work completed in the future.
