We have used this service a couple of times for different issues with our washing machine. This time it was for our dishwasher. Ronnie is reliable and knowledgeable. He explains everything he does and all that he is thinking, which I find really helpful. He fixed our dishwasher first time today. Lovely man. Very tidy worker too! 10 Excellent service as usual

This is the 2nd time that Ronnie has fixed our domestic appliance issues. We used him because he was so helpful, courteous and professional the 1st tie round and reasonably priced too. On this occasion we had a problem with the grill/top oven. Ronnie was able to diagnose the issue on the phone and we sent a picture of the element and photo of photo of the serial number (Ronnie told us where to find that). He quoted a price and booked a date to do the repair. Hi, my name is Ronnie and my company Shiron Domestic Appliances was established in 2002. I am a Highly trained Domestic Appliance Engineer, with years of experience. Prior to this I was a Franchise Engineer for Hotpoint/Indesit/Whirlpool company for the last 20 years.
You can call me anytime (even weekends) and I will try and come ASAP, even on weekends and most of the time even same day.
My company is VAT registered and my prices are very affordable. My charges are fixed, and I do not charge hourly rate. If your appliance needs a part and if I have not got it on my van, I do not charge extra for the return visit. It’s just one-off price for the repair.
