Ronnie was amazing. Offered us a call out with only a couple of days notice and was so lovely. Was super honest with the work that needed doing and helped us with what to say to the manufacturer and offered any help and support in the future. Ronnie is my trusted appliance repair engineer! Over the last few years I’ve called on him for my dishwasher, washing machine, oven and now my tumble dryer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has always been able to diagnose the issue and either fix it or advise on replacing the appliance if a repair would be uneconomical. Hi, my name is Ronnie and my company Shiron Domestic Appliances was established in 2002. I am a Highly trained Domestic Appliance Engineer, with years of experience. Prior to this I was a Franchise Engineer for Hotpoint/Indesit/Whirlpool company for the last 20 years.
You can call me anytime (even weekends) and I will try and come ASAP, even on weekends and most of the time even same day.
My company is VAT registered and my prices are very affordable. My charges are fixed, and I do not charge hourly rate. If your appliance needs a part and if I have not got it on my van, I do not charge extra for the return visit. It’s just one-off price for the repair.
