My services include:

· Consumer units/Fuse boards - I am qualified to replace/install a new consumer unit with the most up-to-date regulations and will provide certificates, sign off on behalf of building control, and install to the highest regulatory standard (NICEIC) for your property

· EV Chargers (Electric Car Supply) - I am a registered EV point installer and can install and sign off with certificates

· Kitchens and bathrooms - new spotlights/downlights needed, heated towel rails installed, or a shaver socket added in? No problem at all

· Extractor fans & hoods - kitchen and bathrooms included

· Cooker/Hob connections & disconnections (electric)

· Full and partial rewires - just want the lights rewired? I can do that for you, or just the sockets? Whatever you need I can help. I have carried out re-wires on a lot of properties - including flats, houses, and even churches. Please feel free to ask questions

· Security lighting - If you need a floodlight in your garden or premises, I can recommend and install the best light for the area covered

· Doorbells & Security cameras (including RING & NEST systems - please see photos) - My services include both wired and wireless Ring/Nest doorbell installations

· Outside power and lighting installation I.e. outside sockets, greenhouse power, hot-tub areas, summerhouse power and lighting, and garden lighting (please see photos)

· New Kitchens and Bathrooms - having a refurb? I can recommend and install a wide range of sockets & switches that are to your taste. Every household is different, so pick what you like, and I'll happily advise and install. I also have a close contact that is able to install top-quality bathrooms (tiling and plumbing) to meet your expectations

· I do not have a call-out charge.

· I do not charge for quotes.

· I am self-employed, so please be patient and either drop me a text, email or leave me a voicemail if I do not answer straight away. At present, the trade industry is extremely busy.

· I'd prefer texts or messages through Checkatrade instead of WhatsApp.

· I do not work 9-5: my hours differ every day and I want you to feel like you can rely on me if all else goes wrong. If you want to message or call outside of 9-5 - please do
