They responded very quickly and, having viewed photographs gave me an approximate estimate. They came when they said they would, were prepared with materials that they thought they may need (having only viewd photos), amended the estimate slightly, and completed the work promptly. All rubbish tidied and removed. Roof no longer leaks. What more could I ask.

The costs were clearly explained and the work required evidenced through photos and videos. The work was carried out professionally and my home was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. Instead, he took the time to walk me through what I could do myself as a temporary solution, and then clearly explained what a proper, permanent fix would involve.
