  Removal of wall and blocking up of windows and door

  Andy removed an internal wall which turned out to be abit of a pain but he got the job done with no complaints. He also blocked up some windows and a door. He did a great job on both. Asked us exactly what we wanted and expected as the job went along. he let me know when he was running late. No issues and would highly recommend Andy.

  Rectification work to resolve Roof truss twisting and weakness of the structure

  I'm super happy! Andy and Co were first class... There were lots of logistical problems to overcome before they even got down to work (getting lots of materials, machinery, and tools up into the loft through a tiny hole, etc.) but they didn't seem at all fazed! They worked hard up there for 2 days, and their solution to the twisted joist problem is ingenious. It's resulted in a fix that's both elegant and efficient AND they cleaned up after themselves like pros. What's not to like?! Would recommend him to anyone!!!

  Built a partition wall, reworked the electrics, and hung 7 doors

  Andy and his team built a very study wall in our front room. After requesting that 7 doors be supplied and hung in an old house, and and his team showed really attention to detail and showed that he cared about his work. Thanks again

  Structural wall removal, ground floor chimney breast removal and french door installation

  This was our first experience of having any structural work carried out on our home and we were concerned about the load bearing wall removal as we had our first floor rooms plastered and decorated only last year. Andy reassured us from the very beginning and throughout the process that there would be no cracks and he was right there hasn't been!. Andy and his colleague carried out the work competently and professionally without any issues. He completed the work described in only 8 working days allowing me to get on with the rest of the renovation. I would strongly recommend this company.

  Highly recommended I spent a lot of time choosing a builder to come and carry out the works to my property. After reading all the good reviews and meeting with Andy, and receiving a very well detailed, reasonably priced quote, I decided to go with Shine. Andy and Ross have been working on my house for the past few weeks. They’ve been a pleasure to have. The workmanship is of a very high standard. They simply can’t do enough to help with anything. My garage conversion looks fantastic. Everything is finished to such perfect detail. Definitely my go to builders in the future. Thank you guys
