Glen came out the next day to look at my front door lock. He did an excellent job of installing a brand new lock, complete with five keys, eliminating the need for me to cut a spare for my son. I am pleased to say that Glen went the extra mile to help fix my wonky and warped front door so that it would close and lock better. This was a kind gesture that I wasn't expecting, and although I know I need a new front door, Glen managed to make the door open, close and lock much better than before. 10/10 for an excellent job done!

I messaged late on a Monday night and first thing on Tuesday morning Glen got in touch with me and arranged a convenient time to call round.We agreed between 8.30 am and 9am,he was here on time.He gave me a price and carried out the work that was needed.I would definitely recommend Glen to anyone in need of a locksmith.Thanks Glen

Within 1 hour of contacting Glen at Shildon Locksmiths, the door/lock engineer had arrived at my mother in laws house and started work promptly. Callum was very knowledgeable about locks when we asked him any questions and answered them very respectfully but in a way which my mother in law would comprehend as being elderly it is difficult sometimes trying to explain something new. The job was done, the area cleaned up, excellent level of workmanship from Callum who was very courteous. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Great local company who we deserves our support. Well done!!
