  Rob was exceptional from start to finish, from coming to inspect the property prior to giving a quote, right the way through to the installation and finishing the setup. Good, clear communication, full explanation of everything and thorough understanding of what we required and kept us informed at every step. Managed to fit our installation in at short notice to accommodate our holiday plans and was entirely flexible with our schedule. Rob even fixed a TV stand I had accidentally broke while moving it! Amazing service, couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend more highly! Thanks so much!

  Excellent service - supply & installation of alarm system

  Excellent service! Impressed from start to finish. Robert took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from a security system before suggesting what he could install (rather than telling us what he will install, like some tradespeople would) and ensured we were happy with it. Installation was punctual, quick and well priced and Robert ensured we were suitably instructed in how to use it. The system does exactly what we wanted it to and we will be recommending Shield Security & Electrical Services to our families, and to any readers of this review.

  Excellent value and service and no pushy sales

  Bob was very helpful in assisting me to decide which house alarm and additions were best for my home setup. Very friendly gentleman who did not drive a hard sale at all and did not push for a deposit like some others who contacted me via Checkatrade. Excellent service and value for money. Bob's son Rob carried out the work in an extremely courteous manner and made sure I understood the system before leaving. I absolutely will use them again for a couple of other jobs I have lined up in the near future and will most definitely be recommending. Thank you Bob and Rob

  Great Customer Experience!

  Great Customer Experience! I highly recommend their services to others. Shield recently upgraded my CCTV system, reviewed my requirements and guided me on options. They installed 2 more cameras and upgraded my box. They did a great job and are reliable and timely.

  Reliable, trustworthy and competitive pricing

  Rob fitted us in for a full alarm system within a couple of weeks which was fantastic. We work from home and he was extremely conscious and didn’t disturb us whilst he could see we were working. His technical knowledge is outstanding, and went above and beyond in helping us out with the new system and was even able to connect an old camera already installed on the house onto the new alarm system app. We had 5 different alarm companies come to give quotes. His was the most competitive pricing, and he helped us figure out exactly what we needed, whereas other companies had added double the units
