The team were very good at communicating. The cost of fitting the alarms was a good price compared to others offering the same service. Friendly and came to do the job very soon after requested. Alarm system and app is very good with No concerns . I would recommend them and use them again. The work carried out by Rob and his son was excellent.the communication was first class from start to finish..I had a new hikvision alarm system fitted at my home with pir detectors & door contact & a panic button with a front and back box with siren also my old alarm system was uninstaled and taken away..I did a lot of searching on line and had several quotes and after speaking to Rob I decided.I highly recommend. I even asked for stuff that was not standard for my hikvision alarm such as lights on my front and back box for night viewing and a panic button.they ordered all & returned to fit..Verified reviewerJob location: WV29.67 Fitted within the porch, excellent viewing.

Excellent service provided by Shield Security. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and profressional. They gave me great advice on the best system to install based on my needs and were also cheaper that other companies offering the same equipment. Installed a completely new house alarm including cameras, they did the install on-time as agreed and the install itself is exactly what I needed.
