  Shield Builders gave great advice and support with a recent building project.They are friendly, listen to the customer and have great communication skills explaining challenges of construction and costs involved.They carried out excellent work to a very high standard. They were always punctual and tidy throughout the work . I have no hesitation in recommending them and hope they will return to do further work.

  Bathroom fitting

  We are so pleased with our new bathroom. From complete tiling to fitting all the bathroom suite. Shield Builders did a fantastic job it looks amazing. From start to finish they were reliable, polite, tidy and very trustworthy. We would highly recommend them

  Complete re-fit of 2 bedrooms and en-suites. One of which was unusable.

  Shield builders have transformed 2 of our upstairs bedrooms and en-suites. There were so many unforeseen issues with bad workmanship from previous owners. All of which were shown to us as they were discovered to see if we wanted things rectified. We now have rooms we know are safe and mould free. We would highly recommend Shield Builders as a family run, conscientious company that are particular in the quality of their workmanship, as well as being extremely tidy by clearing up after themselves every day. They have been lovely houseguests and we will definitely be using them for more work.

  New fencing for a garden 250 feet in length

  Martyn did an excellent job. He worked extremely hard and paid great attention to detail. He cleared up as he went along and was quite happy to listen to any suggestions I had, discussing them at great length and giving me his honest opinion never losing his patience. He has done various jobs for me over the years and his workmanship is always first class. I would without a doubt recommend him.
