  The owner sent 2 young men who were courteous however I had to chase them to turn up twice. The quote was open and in 2 parts. Not sure if I got good value or not

  Requested a quote on Checkatrade. Was contacted very quickly and the roof was examined on the same day. Was given very good advice on the best way to proceed. Work and price was agreed and carried out the following week. Very pleased.

  John was very helpful from the off. He agreed to meet me at the premises outside working hours to provide an estimate, and was very punctual. Communications were great throughout, all work was carried out as described, and the site left clean and tidy. I would certainly contact him again for any future work and am very happy to recommend.

  Removing old guttering and replacing front and back of the house with new guttering

  John was extremely prompt - he arrived about 30 minutes after my call. He looked at the problems I showed him and offered me a couple of options to resolve the problem. When we had decided the route to take, he explained that he was going to collect the materials and would start in the job on his return. Job completed in the early afternoon, and also he pointed out failing cement on the side of the roof of my house. This will be addressed at a later date. All in all, an excellent job and I definitely would recommend John to anybody.

  Fixing leaky roof

  There was a problem caused by them, in the rear bedroom.3 months later this has not been sorted out. Any texts etc are just ignored

  gable end mortar work

  Carried out a job on the mortar under the end tiles of our gable end apex roof, the work came with a 10 year guarantee, 1 year later the mortar has came loose and have completely ignored my messages to get it sorted
