Polite, came out quick although wasn’t the cheapest, £195 to fit around 10 tiles (already taken out by us) and he was here for 45 minutes. Not interested in a refund, it’s our fault for not having the confidence to finish the job but the tiles have been fitted unevenly and there are several scratch marks around a tile he installed. I just want others to see the before and after pictures and make a decision for themselves. For me, leaving a job without telling us about the scratches was the biggest disappointment, just no accountability.
