We contacted Steve as he had recently serviced our boiler. We were impressed by his work and so we asked him whether he could fit a new shower room as we had recently moved in. Steve project managed the whole job, handled deliveries and took away all the waste. Nothing was too much trouble and Steve had lots of good ideas. We now have a stunning new shower room which we are very pleased with. Steve's plumbing is excellent and we are planning to ask him to return for other work. We would highly recommend him.

Exceptional service from Stephen. From our initial conversation to implementation of the agreed works we received superb communication and service. Stephen ensured we were kept updated on all stages of the works. He arrived on site at agreed times, every day. A meticulous worker, quiet, clean, tidy, polite, helpful, a problem solver and to top it all off his plumbing is a work of art. What more could you ask for. Stephen was a joy to have in our home across the 8 days that he was with us.

Our entire boiler & heating system has been replaced with what I would call a total faultless 1st class job, my wife & I are elated with the finished article. Steve & Ian left the whole place spotlessly clean, everything working perfectly and the even took the time to fully explain how to work all the controls and so forth. The finished price was as we agreed from the outset & finished on time. Would I have them back? 100% yes. Would I recommend? 100% yes. Best choice of workers we ever made.

Steve & Ian fitted a new Worcester boiler for us, moved the location from the kitchen wall to the loft which freed up space in the kitchen. The workmanship was faultless, everything for us was carried out on time & on budget. They explained fully how to work everything in detail. We were absolutely satisfied to the point they are now installing similar at my sister-in-laws house in Puriton. We are considering a complete bathroom refurbishment & they will be my first call Highly recommended without hesitation.
