I discussed the job with Rob at Shelter Adams and decided to go for an external boiler (partly for safety reasons) and a new oil tank located away from the house, to meet all regulatory requirements. I wanted the work done relatively quickly as part of a renovation. I was contacted at every point and every effort was made to meet my own deadlines. I was very pleased with the final outcome and the level of professionalism shown by the team at Shelter Adams. When I decided I required new radiators, they were able to supply and install these too with the minimum of fuss and bother.

Quick and clean, no hassle loads of communication on job. The engineer talked me through all the different processes and explained everything. Will recommend to anyone in Worcester to use these guys too notched!!

I have to say I am more than happy with the work carried out by Shelter - Adams Ltd. I was looking to get a service on my gas boiler and fire and Rob came up on checkatrade. At every point communication was excellent right up until the actual day of the job when Rob texted me to say he was on his way. He was very professional whilst doing his job, dust sheets were put down so no mess . On completion of the job I was given the necessary paperwork. I'm not good with computers so Rob promised to print off and send me a paper copy .

From first contact to completion of the work, everything was carried out professionally. A date was arranged for the work to be done, communication was excellent. I was contacted to say they were on the way. Dust sheets were used to carry out the work. Rob was polite, explained everything he was going to do and provided me with the relevant paperwork on completion of the job.
