Fantastic Service. Was called within 15 minutes of inputting my need into Checkatrade, and arranged a date within 48 hours. Luckily a engineer (Joel) became available and was able to come to mine within the hour. Joel did a great job and Rob in the office communicated what was happening extremely well. Highly recommend Shelter-Adams!

We got good advice at the outset and agreed to a new combo boiler and water pump. Alan and Will arrived on the agreed date and were thoroughly professional and efficient throughout. Dealt with a couple of little snags without being an eyelid and completed the job author any delay. We are really pleased with the outcome.

Initially enquired about getting quotes for a new boiler in a new location next in 2026. Rob was very informative and thorough. I accepted the quote. A few days later our old boiler started leaking substantially. Contacted Rob who ordered our new boiler and sent Will round on the Saturday to install. Will did a quality job, was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Very happy with the service so far and am confident I will use Shelter-Adams Ltd again.
