Polite and helpful when phoned. Arranged a visit to inspect problem the same day. Gave good information on problem and answered questions with succinct replies. A written quote was suppled. Work carried out quickly, the next day (as weather was OK). Said would return, if there should be any problem with the work done. Nick and his team pointed ridges & hips to secure them. They also replaced the flat roofs on two bay windows. Received a reasonable quote and they did the work on the agreed day. Worked through lunch and ensured things were left clean and tidy. Subsequently, I has gutter issue where soot had blocked a down-pipe. Nick turns up whenever he liked without any communication. Disrespectful of the property and neighbours property. If you’re not there then will breaking in the property to get your job done in between other jobs. Quality of workmanship is poor. Flat roof didn’t have adequate slope for drainage. He mentioned they didn’t do the insulation properly so I will have to pay someone else to do it again. Guttering leaked worse than before. Being very available should have been a bad sign. Job location: HA0To my horror one morning I went into my garage to see that part of the flat roof had fallen into the garage! I called my brother who gave me the telephone number for Shellis Roofing as he had used them before and recommends them. I called them and mr Shellis Himself came out that afternoon to see the roof. He explained that the wood boards were rotten as the rain had been getting in and that his team will remove the old dead roof and replace the boards and the felt. He gave me a price and they started the next day! it took one whole day for the team and the end result is Fantastic!! Thank youResponse from Shellis Roofing Limited
