The guys at Shefflock went well above and beyond in helping me get sorted. I was totally flummoxed by a problem with my multi-level lock rail and Kevin spent ages chatting to me, showing me and making sure I knew what I was doing over two visits I made to the shop. Ended up buying a new lock at a very reasonable price but Kevin charged me nothing for his time or advice. Couldn't have asked for better service. Also the girls in the office were very helpful too.

Excellent service from diagnosing the issue and then carrying out the repair. Guys who came out are a credit to the company. Will definitely use again when required.

Antony gave us a call to let us know his ETA and arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional, explained everything to us and did the job to a great standard. Competitive pricing too!

Andy arrived on time, he looked at the lock but unfortunately due to the age and deteriorated of the door was unable to mend the lock. He did however spend a good 20mins looking at wether there was any way around it. He didnt seem rushed or impatient and genuinely tried to find a possible solution. If I have any issues with locks in the future I will definitely be calling on Shefflock Ltd.
