Called on a Monday as I couldn't lock my door at all, the lock was completely broken, Callum came out later that day, I have no idea how but he got the lock working and wouldn't leave until he new my daughter could lock the door. The following Monday Callum came back out and replaced the lock and handles, as requested. Would receommend this company 100% Laura on the phone is very nice too, called me back even though I hadn't left a message but she had seen I had phoned. Many thanks

Once put on Check a trade they were in contact- text within 5 minutes.Arranged to come and measure up within 24 hrs of input to Checkatrade. Phoned with quote within 24 hours, and confirmed by email. Phoned 2 days later to arrange fitting, and took a small deposit. Fitted new units less than 7 days after original enquiry. Quick, clean, efficient, very reasonable and friendly. Will go to them in the future.
