Requested a worktop replacement, Asked for supply and fit... They requested the worktop i wanted without providing the correct info or samples and after a quick google search matching the colour theme black/grey provided a worktop that matched the material list they provided however instead of letting me request another material they swiftly closed my ticket request without letting me reply to change the material to match what they supply/fit. Will take my money elsewhere i guess...
