I have used Sheerwater Glass to replace my Velux window and kitchen and bathroom windows. Both times the fitters have been very polite and professional. Leaving with everything clan and tidy. They also came and repaired my front door which wasn’t fitted by them. I have already recommended them to friends and family as I like to promote local family businesses. Everyone I have spoken to at the office have been extremely helpful.

Sheerwater Glass replaced both my bedroom and my living room bay windows. They provided plenty of details and were communticative and prompt in replying to any additional queries I had. During the period leading up to the installation they continued to provide regular and clear communication on each stage. The fitters turned up on time and did the installation quickly, politely and kept me well informed on the progress. They also cleaned up afterwards. I now have lovely new windows I'm very happy with. I would definitely use them again for any future needs and would recommend them as well.

We had this company replace quite a number of sealed double glazing units today. The service from initial contact to completion has been excellent. On the initial visit we were advised which window units were already at the top level and did not need replacing. The estimate was clear and did not change at any stage. The fitters arrived at the time stated and took around 90 minutes to replace 1 5 units. Both to upstairs and downstairs. One upstairs window not directly accessible from a ladder. The workmen were friendly and took care of our property. Would recommend.

Good communication, price arranged up front. Nick arrived early and worked quickly, tidily and professionally. Gave helpful advice too. Would recommend and use again.

I have been very impressed with the service and product that I have received from Sheerwater Glass. Team members have been helpful, friendly and welcoming whenever I visited the showroom or phoned which was ample times as I couldn't make my mind up. They were all very accommodating and are individually delightful people. 10 out of 10 to them all.
