wanted upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet redone

Sebastian came into my home was literally here 10 minutes max hardly even had time to tell him what i wanted - all he said its going to cost me 6k for labour. No mention of anything else and when he might be able to start the job. Didnt even have a pen or paper or tape measure. Think i will give him a miss

Hi. I don't know where you got this opinion from. As far as I remember, the lady was busy talking on the phone, I asked about everything that was needed to renovate the bathroom and gave the price. I don't use paper and pen. I wish you all the best.

Had a full house refurbishment. Plastering, plumbing, kitchen fitted, bathroom fitted, tiling, full house painted, new radiators, skirting boards, flooring throughout, garden tidy up

Treating wet walls from condensation/damp

I had wet walls from condensation/damp which had been treated historically by a damp specialist company but which did not resolve the problem. Asked Sebastian to take a look, he recommended a treatment to the wall which seemed to have done the trick. He was very tidy, punctual, worked around a very difficult and rude tenant, he kept his cool . Lovely chap. Have now asked for his help on a number of other jobs as the quality of his work is fantastic. Would highly recommend.
