They recently replaced all my windows, front and side door, including two bay windows, at my home in Hova Villas, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. The team went above and beyond throughout the process—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the finished work.

From start to finish they listened to our needs & came up with the best options for us. They were extremely competent, good communicators & the installers of the 3 glass patio doors were so professional, courteous & lovely!

Replaced a pane of glass in an old sash for us. Good communication from quotation to doing the work; professional and polite; worked hard and did a great job and cleared up beautifully after. Highly recommend.

On the hottest day of the year in a south facing garden with tricky access to the doors Nathan & Mat were fantastic start to finish. Their work was top notch, completed quickly, no fuss, no mess! Explained how the doors worked and went over the paperwork before leaving. Wouldn't hesitate to use again/recommend.

From the moment they answered the phone every staff memeber at Shaw's were supportive and helpful. They did their best to get my window replaced as quick as they could, to make my house safe. The surveyors did a great job of talking through the options for me. And the installers Nathan and Matt, treated me and my honme with great respect and went above and beyond at clearing up and making good the install. I couldn't reccomend highly enough.
