We had two double-glazed windows installed a long time ago by Shaws. Though they were out of warranty Andy and Mac came and fixed them, charging £75 + VAT. Another window company had asked for £3,000, so we were well pleased.

As a previous customer of Shaws of Brighton, on moving to Eastbourne during December 2025, I had no hesitation in entrusting Shaws with replacement of the windows at my Eastbourne flat. The quality of the 5 windows [one with a door to the balcony] is very pleasing. Also the quality of the installation is truly superb, with excellent attention to detail. Everything was done with great care, with excellent finishing, and my flat was left clean & tidy. I thank the Shaws team for their generous & kind cooperation, and for supplying & installing excellent replacement windows at my Eastbourne flat.
