Originally contacted SHAWROOFING for a new cowl to be fitted onto our chimney but upon doing this he noticed the roof was in a bad way. He got back to me with a quote for this on the same day and within a couple of weeks it’s all been done. Lee and the lads just cracked on with it and have done a brilliant job. Lee came highly recommended by other tradesmen, and did not disappoint. From the first request for a quotation to completing the job today, the communication has been excellent. The fascias and gutters were fitted by Kev, and quickly followed by Lee, Bryn and Connor with the decking, covering and trims. Attention to detail is second to none, and the finished job is brilliant. All were a pleasure to have at our property. Lee was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was able to give a competitive quote quickly from photos of the roof. Upon further inspection, he pointed out the lack of flashing around a chimney and missing mortar in the brickwork. This was added to the quote and accepted. I was very happy with the constant updates on how work was progressing via photo’s, videos and voice messages. His team arrived punctually and left very little evidence they’d been leaving the property clean and tidy. They even cleaned out the gutters, before I got round to asking.
