As a single female I was looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to fit a Hive thermostat for my heating . Shawn was fantastic. He came round promptly to look at the boiler , made recommendations, and sent the estimate the same evening, which was prices well. A date was agreed for the work to be undertaken . Whilst here , a Shawn found that there was a small part needed for the boiler , which was missing. He promptly sourced the part and went and collected it. I highly recommend Shawn , and will definitely be using him again. A really nice , honest guy .

Mr Taylor was prompt and respectful. He took time to explain the problems with my boiler. He understood the problem quickly and had the parts on site to resolve it.

Shawn was reliable and on time, clearly knows his subject and tidied up after himself. He returned in good will to explain programming the thermostat to me as I found the instructions rather complicated. Good work and reasonably priced. Recommended.
