In less than an hour Shawn was able to diagnose the reason why our towel radiators weren't working (a seized-up motorised valve head) and replace the broken part. He was extremely professional, punctual and a pleasure to talk to and the final invoice was very reasonable. It was my first time using his services and I would certainly go back again and recommend him to friends and family. He is honestly fantastic.

I wanted to ensure I wrote a review for Shawn. It feels so difficult nowerdays to find trades people to do work (unless you are spending thousands). I know that is a generalization and probably unfair, but I have over the last several years found it difficult to find trades people to come out and do a good job for a reasonable price. I am so glad I was passed Shawn's details, was happy and interested in the work from the outset (even if it had just been a boiler service). But he resolved issues with the heating system as well, now everything is working perfectly and we couldnt be happier!

This has included removing a radiator, fitting a designer radiator in a new location even a replacement kitchen tap. When we wished to remedy an issue from previous tradesmen Shawn went above and beyond expectation to avoid pipework and invest the time to channel cables neatly.Marvellous!
