  Garden Patio Refirbishment

  A great job done. Understood exactly what we wanted ( patio relaid, brick work repainted etc), and planned in with us to create minimal impact on the day to day part of family life. The job did uncover a few issues, but they were resolved swiftly and efficiently - no corners cut. It's clear there is a pride and quality in their work.

  Quick, neat and tidy gutter replacement. They removed the old, broken guttering. They were efficient and tidy in performing the work front and back.

  Single storey extension with vaulted roof to create a new garden room

  Steve took great care to understand all my requirements down to the finishing details before he providing a quote. He stuck closely to this except where I added additional tasks. Steve and all the trades he brought to work alongside him, impressed my next door neighbours by managing the complications of a shared driveway with considerateness. It felt a collaborative experience as Steve checked that I was happy with any decisions, taking time to explain any choices to me, discuss the options and listen to my views. I have ended up with a garden room that both he and I can be very proud of.

  Extension and fully fitted kitchen

  Came across Shaw Construction on Checkatrade, asked Steve to build an extension on the kitchen and create a cloakroom under the stairs which included new soil pipes underneath the kitchen floor. The work took 12 - 13 weeks in total this included all the brickwork, drainage, electrics, plastering, fully fitting the new kitchen, toilet and sink in the cloakroom and a new front door. Found Steve to be reliable and trustworthy, left him a key! Communication was good, anything that cropped up was explained clearly and a solution offered. Very pleased with the results, would recommend to others.

  Garden Wall/Outbuilding Roof Project

  We used Shaw Construction And Supplies Limited for the rebuild of our curved back garden wall and outbuilding roof reconstruction. They did a fantastic job in difficult conditions following our wall coming down unexpectedly. Their director, Steve, gave us huge confidence at every turn, was knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would do, when he said would do it without fail. Superb workmanship Excellent experience.
