  Good and Reliable

  Shaun carried out work on our leaking conservatory roof recently and I had to wait for a good downpour before posting a review! Very happy to say that there is now no leaking. Shaun was reliable and communication was good. Would certainly use his services again.

  Excellent work from Shaun. He made light work of a tricky problem on an old conservatory roof . Very friendly, reliable and skilful, with all the necessary equipment. A great job done.

  Fitting of a Cat Flap

  Shaun of S L Maintenance did an amazing job of installing a Cat Flap for us.Kept me informed.Friendly and professional and his workmanship was of a high standard.Cleaned up after job completed.I would definitely use his skills again and highly recommend him.

  removal of polycarbonate panel and replaced with Stadur panels

  Shaun arrived on the first day and gave us run down how he was going complete the work. He prepped the conservatory with plenty of good quality sheeting all walls, doors, floor and windows were covered. Shaun’s work was of exceptional quality and he always cleared up as he went. Shaun kept us fully informed of any issues that arose. I would throughly recommend him and would definitely have him carry out other work. Shaun is a throughly nice guy.

  Fantastic, honest and relable tradesman

  Shaun replaced my consevatory roof. His price was fair and workmanship excellent. He went beyond what he quoted for after finding some smaller issues which he attended to without extra charge. He carried out the works exactly as promised, even though he worked well after normal "office hours". I am impressed with the quality of work, integrity and honesty and would recommend him to anyone wanting work done on conseratories or wanting one installed. The overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Shaun.
