  Fantastic job fixing a leaking chimney stack/roof

  Shaun visited me in February to look at a leak we had which was from around the chimney stack. He and his other 2 roofers came today to renew the flashing, felt and pointing. Absolutely fantastic job and a fantastic price. If we need any more work on the roof in the future then I won't hesitate to give Shaun a call.

  The quote was competitive and the job well done. It was recovering the guttering and over bay window area of a tyneside flat. They showed me pictures of the area before and after the work, which I though a good touch. Would recommend.

  A high standard work was carried out professionally whilst being respectful of our and our neighbours property at all times. Shaun explained the problem with our roof and what the needed to be done both verbally and with photos and was very knowledgable. The team were very neat and tidy and polite while on the property. The estimate given was the price we paid , no extra costs. We would highly recommend Shaun and his team

  Does the job - fit for purpose without complexity

  Shaun visited and checked the issue. He informed me on what's doable and the price - an affordable one and the larger overhauling price. His message was to the point. On the day of fixing, he visited with 2 colleagues of his and made the quick fix that does the job (without needing to complicate the need to do large overhaul). Found comfortable to discuss options. Will seek his help in future as well.

  Excellent response, provided a quotation quickly and confirmed when the work could be carried out. Fixed price quote. I was warned that there might be a delay because of poor weather. Actual work undertaken quickly and efficiently.
