Starting to build the boiler
90% finished. Some small tweaks to do before finishing. Fire valve had to be moved a metre away by a metre. Note the fuel deaerator (tigerloop), ABOVE burner height. Important to prevent nuisance lockouts or premature pump wear.
Removing a failed worcester combi. It was replaced with a Grant (UK) Combi 21e and extra expansion added to the system.
Combi boiler with scale inhibitor and Adey Magnaclean.
This boiler was installed to replace a failed unit. It was installed with a scale inhibiting device, an adey magnaclean magnetic filter, and most importantly extra expansion to match the heating calculations. A full chemical machine powerflush was carried out prior to installation.
