Circuit box kept tripping. Called Jon at lunchtime and he was here within a few hours (50 mile trip) on very hot day with heavy traffic! He found the fault in the kitchen and replaced the socket and one other along with the trip switch. Incredible service, nothing too much trouble and he didn’t charge and arm and a leg. I recently got in contact with Jon as I wanted my ceiling lights changed and a double plug socket after having my house redecorated, whilst he was carrying out the work he noticed my smoke alarms looked dated and thankfully he checked them for me as they had expired. So he arranged to come back another day to change them for me which I was very grateful for. I cannot recommend Jon enough he was professional throughout, had great communication throughout the whole process and carried out his work to a high standard.
