Shane was beyond excellent throughout. He gave accurate timescale for the job and start date. Focussed entirely on our job whilst he was here. He was clean, tidy, polite, honest, knowledgable, helpful by giving us recommendations and tips and communicated with us each day with what he had done / was going to do next. He did exactly what we wanted even when we made small changes and add-ons and sorted out any unexpected issues that arose with ease. Very reasonable rates too and a really lovely person. We have recently had the bathroom refitted and from the initial contact with Shane to the completion we were kept fully informed. He is a very pleasant. friendly person and the work was done with very little inconvenience or disruption to ourselves and at the end of each day the room was left clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending Shane (Beautiful Bathrooms).

Shane changed our downstairs toilet and sink. Very quick to quote, job carried out the following week. Faultless.

Shane has done an excellent job. He made some very sensible suggestions so that the shower room meets my medical needs whilst remaining aesthetically pleasing. He is a competent craftsman who keeps his work area clean and tidy, and generally made the necessary disruption as pleasant an experience as it could be. I would use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him.
