Mr. Hancock is a very experienced and honest gentleman. We were told by Homeserve that we needed a system flush, but he told us this was not required as we have a one pipe system. His explanation was clear and precise and he has avoided us paying for something that wasn't required. We would definately call him again for a boiler service and any other repair work required in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. Got to me as quickly as they could and completes the work efficiently and professionally. I cannot recommend this company enough. Amazing service, friendly and down to earth. Thank you so much for sorting my boiler!!
