Good initial communication and arranged for visit the following day, fitting in with my own work schedules. I had requested an entire new lock but was advised that this was unnecessary and a change of barrel was more appropriate, and much cheaper. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and I am extremely happy with the end result. Locked Out of house. Dave of Shalford Security was contacted and was on site within 15 minutes. Truly a great find. Honest, clear - trying to minimise costs to me and nice with it. I then went on to a small locksmith company based in Hertfordshire.
After moving back to surrey I decided to take my many years of experience in the locksmith and security industry to form Shalford Security
