Very impressed with the company’s professionalism and flexible products and services. The engineer who installed the system was technically highly competent and efficient, removing the old system and installing the new components in a day and with minimal disruption to decorations. Reasonably priced and unlike many competitors, Shadow have accreditations and subscribe to industry standards which is reassuring.

The engineer was on time, courteous and very efficient. He explained what work had been carried out and left the workspace tidy.

Shadow Surveillance attended the property, initial to survey the requirements, and then to proffer sensible advice. The consequence of the company's advice was that we progressed with their recommendations, which was the provision of fob/maglock operated security gates and doors within the property. The scope of work was delivered efficiently and effectively.

I can't praise Shadow Surveillance enough! After my Dad passed away suddenly, I needed a burglar alarm fitted at his house within a week, as I live miles from his house and can't get there quickly. I posted the job request late on Sunday afternoon, and by Wednesday lunchtime the alarm had been installed. The team were very helpful, great advice was given, plus the bonus of a keyholder/monitoring service offered so I don't have to worry about dashing back to Brighton, not to mention not annoying my neighbours with a loud alarm! Very competitive on price, too!

We cannot express what an excellent experience we had with Shadow Surveillance and Security Ltd. Paul was responsive and empathetic to our stressful situation and quickly sent our quote. After a couple of queries from us, quickly answered, the cctv system was installed at our home. Paul and Chris were a delight to have around.
