Was very rude; I had to chase them to come back to me and when I asked if they could do Saturdays they said they could do Saturday mornings or evenings so I asked if they could do this Saturday evening only to be told "Saturday evening is not possible- I have a life !" despite them telling me in the same message chain that they could! Very rude and no apology when I pointed out that they had said themselves that they could do Saturday evenings. Thankfully I've now found someone to do the job who actually respects potential customers rather than driving them away!

This is our first negative review in 10 years. I tried to accommodate the potential customer wishes - giving a range of costs rather than via the normal approach of a visit. Subsequently there was a misunderstanding about what was meant by my offer to visit, Saturdays and evenings. Prospect wanted a Saturday evening appointment - I dont normally work on a Saturday evening. I offered alternatives - an appointment at anytime during the working week, Saturday morning and two specific weekday evening appointments. I didn't get a response just the negative feedback. It can be challenging when potential customers prefer other communication ways or text messages as opposed to a phone conversation as comments or statements can be misinterpreted. From my perspective I was trying to accommodate this potential customers specific requirements. I apologise for any perceived rudeness - non was meant.
