We have recently had Alan and his team in to replace all the windows and doors at our property. We are really pleased with the installation and final finish. The team worked hard and efficiently and completed the job within the time frame that we were told. Throughout, Alan kept in touch with us and advised in advance if there were any problems so that they could be sorted out before installation. Will recommend SGS Windows to family and friends, for their window needs, without any worries.

Alan Slaser and his team replaced windows in a first floor Victorian extension in our house. The team were polite and hard working and Alan kept me informed of times they would arrive and the work they would undertake. The team worked well together and fitted the windows to a high standard quickly and efficiently. They cleared all the rubbish when finished and left everywhere as they had found it. I am very pleased with the completed job.

The old rubber seals on our UPVC conservatory French doors were breaking up, and replacing them proved impossible as the doors themselves were distorted and could not then be closed. Alan from SGS Windows suggested the best solution would be to fit a new door frame and doors, which would have the advantage of a lower cill and up-to-date locking mechanism. He quoted a very reasonable price, and the parts were made and fitted within a couple of weeks or so. The men who did the work were all pleasant, polite and competent, tidying up afterwards, and we are very pleased indeed with the result.

I hired SGS Windows to install a microchip cat flap in my french doors. They provided me with a competitive quote and were able to get the glass ordered, cut and fitted in good time. Any issues were dealt with promptly and the cat is loving being able to get in and out on his own now! Overall very happy with the work carried out.

Alan and his team are very friendly and very skilled at fitting windows. They have done a brilliant job replacing 9 windows including 1 Bay window. Alan explained the process and timescales involved and had them fitted in a few weeks from the original quote.....they even went the extra mile and put me a new curtain rail up. Job well done !

Called Alan to request a quote for my mums windows, Alan was very polite and offered to come the next day to measure up. Within 2 weeks the replacement glass was fitted in my mums misty old window and a new unit was fitted in the bedroom. I would highly recommend Alan and his team for a truly professional job.
