​Sandhya Mahadevan carried out the structural engineering work at our property in north London. She was attentive, listening carefully to our requirements, produced designs speedily to our specification and saw the project through to completion, coordinating effectively with the contractor and steering it through planning controls at Haringey council. She always made herself available, responded to queries, even late into the evening, and acted promptly and decisively to revise plans where necessary.
