We could not be happier with our new kitchen, provided by SGS to a very high standard of workmanship. They also rewired our house and sorted out a number of plumbing issues; again very satisfied. SGS provide an all-round number of trades and, where any issues arose they were dealt with by the Company very quickly.

Excellent boiler service from Gavin today.

I requested a quote for having an outside tap fitted. I was contacted the same day with a reasonable price and booked in for 2 days after. They turned up on time (with a phone call prior to confirm time of arrival). The work was carried out efficiently and with minimal mess. They cleaned up afterwards and it was all done exactly as agreed. Very happy with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to use SGS again and to recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

From day of visit to give a quote, to final testing of electrical equipment and issueing of certificate, I found dealing with SGS so easy. The electricians were on time, were very polite, efficient and considerate, and overall did an excellent job.

Following the failure of my hot water supply, under the terms of my SGS annual support contract, the issue was resolved replacing the mechanised valve and subsequently replacing the leaking 20+ yr old hot water cylinder, replumbing the pipe work and reconnecting the electrical supplies. The work was coordinated efficiently with me by the SGS Office, speedily acquiring parts as necessary and allocating appropriate skilled staff resources effectively, during a very busy period for the Firm. The staff were courteous at all times, keeping me informed and cleared up after the completed work.
