Sam agreed to carry out the work on the Sunday but offered to come round on the Saturday to get a head start of the job to reduce the impact on me and my family and to reduce the cost I would occur for my skip. So Sam came to my address to conduct the work agreed over the weekend instead of over 2 weekends and carried out the work to an excellent standard

Sam visited and provided an estimate for all the work I requested. After I agreed to the quote, he arranged for the materials to be delivered within a week and began the project promptly. Sam was consistently reliable, arriving as scheduled and completing all tasks without hesitation. No request was too much for him, and everything was finished to a high standard of workmanship.

Sam was friendly & polite throughout project, nothing was too much trouble. All building work completed as per latest London Borough of Havering Building Regulations - Certificate issued on completion. Additional Carpentry work undertaken while on site - Highly Recommended.

I cannot recommend Sam enough, Previously has done outstanding work at my parents house. I wanted my downstairs bathroom removed, carpet and sink removed, flooring laid, 2x double sockets installed for power, and washing machine/dryer installed in the room, and the living room painted. I am extremely happy with the result, worth every penny, Sam always goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy and I will be using his services again.
