Sam is very polite, tide and professional plumber. He has installed Zip Hydrotap in our kitchen area, so now we've got instant boiling water and sparkling water running from the tap. We as small business appreciate honesty, quality and innovative solutions which Sam had delivered to us.

Sam arrived on time, was polite and friendly, and identified the problem (not what I thought it was) quickly, which he was able to fix straightaway as well as a quick additional fix of a badly draining pipe. We've had no issues since. Thank you Sam!
