Steve arrived on time (in fact he was a few minutes early) and diagnosed the issue with our shower pressure quickly. Steve is friendly and polite, and we will be calling on him again if we have any further plumbing issues.

Steve converted my whistling old bathroom taps from rise and fall valves to quarter turn. He was extremely responsive with his communication, he arrived when he said he would, and completed the work perfectly. He managed to change the taps in situ (without disturbing any tiling), and you wouldn't have known he'd been there (apart from the silent taps). Thank you.
