Steve communicated well from the outset and turned up when he said he would. He assessed the job and immediately got to it and went above the call of duty in doing so. A great effortless experience.

Steve converted my whistling old bathroom taps from rise and fall valves to quarter turn. He was extremely responsive with his communication, he arrived when he said he would, and completed the work perfectly. He managed to change the taps in situ (without disturbing any tiling), and you wouldn't have known he'd been there (apart from the silent taps). Thank you.
