We hired Scott to repair the flat roof over our bay window, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was completed to a high standard, and the area was left spotless afterward. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and it was clear he takes pride in his work. He came highly recommended by our neighbor and her dad, and I’m glad we took their advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others!

Scott quoted swiftly and came on time on the agreed day. He provided photos showing the problems to the roof surface and fitted a complete new roof within 3 days. He also carried out some additional smaller repairs to a wall crack and lower brickwork. He brought in 2 additional workmen to complete the work swiftly and was polite and helpful throughout.

We asked for Scott to replace our polycarbonate roof and to ensure no rain could come in from the sides. This was done, however Scott went over the boundary line by 18mm into my neighbours property, I have supplied a picture, My neighbours are not happy and want the roof to remain in our boundary. I received 2 dates from Scott saying he would come to sort this out( 23rd October & 7th November). After sending several messages I received a text message saying that he was not going to sort this out.

Scott came to fix an issue with a leak in my roof, water and condensation was finding its way to soak into the brick of an interior wall. He was very prompt at coming to look at the issue and explained clearly what was needed to be done. Communication was excellent in arranging when the work was to be carried out. He was very friendly and professional, turned up when he said he would and during the job he showed me photo’s of the progress. Tidied everything up, happy to recommend.

Scott done a fantastic job in finding my leak. Was reliable and efficient and let me know what needed doing and what he had done. Would thoroughly recommend.
