  Great service from start to finish. Quick to respond. Great communication. Turned up when he said he would, which is rare these days. Good price. Nice guy. Work completed well and left the place spotless. Can’t ask for more. Would happily recommend and use again.

  **BEWARE**Quoted 12 week Job, walked off after 28 weeks saying no more money left on our job! *Took full payment+extra *Agreed to pay extra on completion, asked for money prior to completion *Left house open to elements over Xmas *Left garden with a 4ft x 2ft hole to raw sewage drain *Part of external wall pulled down exposing room to elements *Roof not sealed *Waste from utility room spilling out to garden *Left incredibly dangerous building site knowing we have two small children

  Hi, I have spoken to my customer to inform them that I had fractured my ankle and was unable to finish there work until my ankle was healed, there response was that they were going to trade and standards , so I replied by saying that it was pointless carrying on this conversation and I would only communicate through text or email, I have no clue as to why they have just submitted there review, I also been told by a tradesman on the job that they have another builder in finishing.

  Company phoned made arrangements to come out on Saturday between 12.00 and 12.30 waited in, did not come out, tried phoning went to voicemail, left message, did not even bother to phone back.

  Repointing of brickwork and replacement of faulty guttering front of house.

  Steven's quote was realistic and fair, and he gave excellent advice about options, the materials he would be using and the likely timescale for completing the work. He was very flexible and had to work around rainy days, which he did in a patient manner. The end result was visually smart, and he tidied and cleaned down properly at the end of the job. I can highly recommend him for his friendly, professional, polite manner and his skilled work, additionally for the advice about other works I am planning.
