Had searched on checkatrade for someone to fix my oven, sg electrical contacted with a quote, got Sam booked in for that Friday, came to see the problem, said he’d order the part should be within the week....
A week later no contact been made, I contacted them 9 days after he visited, they said Sam was away for the week he’d be back Thursday evening and will get him to contact ASAP....
3 weeks today since sams been and I’ve still had absolutely no contact,
Thankyou for leaving me struggling to cook for 3 weeks ???? Appreciate this!
Now I’ve found the part I need a fixed it myself
