Great service from Simon. Very friendly. Explained the issue and fixed it. Very thorough. Also found an original installation fault on another fan, asked if we wanted it fixed and showed us what had been wrong. He came the same day because I need power for an oxygen generator and had experienced fuse tripping. He was very thorough checking all the wiring, sockets and wiring in the distribution boards.
