  Steve replaced my broken tiles. The work was completed on time. I used SGC a few years ago and kept the phone number. I'm glad I did as Steve did a great job.

  Flat roof replacement

  A super job for a very good price. Steven was punctual and kept me informed as to what needed doing. He was very respectful of my property, took all the debris away and left my property very clean and tidy. An excellent service.

  Various roof repairs

  Steven has done a great job of carrying out a number of repairs to the roof of our home. Responding quickly to initially replace a leaking section of felt and later being very flexible to coordinate sharing scaffolding with another building project in order to replace failing mortar verges and valleys. And very kindly returned to replace a tile that was broken by the other project.

  Hidden gully felting repair and soffit/ fascia fit

  Thank you to Steve and Reece who attentively extended and secured a gable-edge section of original felting into the hidden gully which had been cut too narrow by the original developer. Also did a smart job of fitting vented soffits and fascia boards and making good a vent-tile repair. Friendly and courteous, patient with my questions, and reassuring in providing updates and photos of work completed. Moss removal and all above for a reasonable charge. Property left tidy. A trustworthy service.

  Replace Ply Soffits

  Many thanks to Steve and Reece who expertly replaced the rotting soffits on the roof and found a solution to avoid future problems. They were both friendly and polite and took time to answer all my questions, getting the work done efficiently and keeping me updated as things progressed. Everything was left tidy and clean at the end, and I would happily use their services again.

  Replace slate tiles and lead flashing on chimney.

  Individual set appoint to view work to be done and failed to show up. When contacted he said he would be out later that afternoon and again failed to show up.
