10 Replacement of extractor fan and installation of outdoor socket

We are very grateful to Sam for doing a great job. He was friendly, tidy and easy to get hold of when needed. Whilst replacing a faulty extractor fan Sam found an issue with the original installation which meant we were able to raise this with the housebuilder and recoup the cost. The electrician did an excellent job fixing some electrical problems, replacing the outdoor light and replacing light switches. He was very keen and enthusiastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Sam turned up on time and replaced my bathroom light, he also advised me my smoke alarms were out of date and replaced them for me with no problems.
