We were redecorating a large room having moved house and were thinking of replaceing the carpet and a large, white rug. We decided to get them cleaned just to see if we could save some money - boy, are we glad we did. Steve gave us an honest appraisal of what he could do and a good price. Wow! Stave came on time, explained everything, done all job quick leaving amazing smell after cleaning. He issued me a bill and gave few options how I can pay for his service. In first place I didn’t see the wow effect on my carpets and I left him good reviews that time but not 10/10 and almost same day he contacted me and offered that he can come back and try again free of charge. After second visit I noticed difference in my carpets. He’s an amazing man with brilliant approach to his job. It would be much easier if all trades men would take care of job as he does. Definitely I recommend him
