SFK were asked at short notice to lay a patio after a previous builder let us down. Stephen quoted the next day and gave us a good price with nothing to pay until the job was finished. He started on time and finished on time. The SFK team did a great job, kept us up to speed all the time, arrived on time and were always polite and helpful. Pointing and Gable End concrete repairs performed to an excellent standard. Making the bay window canopy and door canopy water tight was completed to a very high standard and is now aesthetically pleasing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stephen and all his trade people provided an excellent and trustworthy service at a competitive price and were professional and friendly throughout the 4 month process of taking down and rebuilding the kitchen extension and then refurbishing the rest of the house including plastering, new kitchen and bathroom. He even landscaped the garden. It was completed within the time frame and to estimated price. Workmanship is to a very high standard and Stephen helped us through the whole process from start to finish. Quick to resolve any issues we had and I would highly recommend this builder.
